General Shipping Policies & Times
We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Shipping times may be impacted by weather conditions, product availability, and carrier delays.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times:
- FedEx Saver: 3 to 7 business days
- FedEx Ground: 1 to 6 business days
- FedEx Home Delivery: 1 to 6 business days
- FedEx 2nd Day Air: 2 to 3 business days
- FedEx Overnight: 1 to 2 business days
- FedEx Canada: 1 to 6 business days
- FedEx Large Package Rate: 3 to 5 business days
- Will Call (Customer Pick-Up): Must be requested by phone. Not available for all products.
Freight/LTL Shipments
Freight shipments are calculated based on delivery to commercial addresses. Residential addresses or locations requiring delivery appointments may be subject to additional charges. Customers must inspect deliveries before signing the receipt and note any damages on the delivery paperwork. Failure to do so may forfeit your right to file a claim.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping is available on eligible products and applies only to the continental U.S. Additional handling fees or oversized item fees may still apply.
International Shipments
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. Be sure to take photos of the damaged items and retain the original packaging.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments without prior authorization may be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges.
