Shipping Policy

General Shipping Policies & Times

We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Shipping times may be impacted by weather conditions, product availability, and carrier delays.

- FedEx Saver: 3 to 7 business days

- FedEx Ground: 1 to 6 business days

- FedEx Home Delivery: 1 to 6 business days

- FedEx 2nd Day Air: 2 to 3 business days

- FedEx Overnight: 1 to 2 business days

- FedEx Canada: 1 to 6 business days

- FedEx Large Package Rate: 3 to 5 business days

- Will Call (Customer Pick-Up): Must be requested by phone. Not available for all products.

Freight/LTL Shipments

Freight shipments are calculated based on delivery to commercial addresses. Residential addresses or locations requiring delivery appointments may be subject to additional charges. Customers must inspect deliveries before signing the receipt and note any damages on the delivery paperwork. Failure to do so may forfeit your right to file a claim.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping is available on eligible products and applies only to the continental U.S. Additional handling fees or oversized item fees may still apply.

Damaged Shipments

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@cruztruckpartsinc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. The following conditions apply:

Eligibility Requirements:
- All returned goods must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
- Products must not be installed, scratched, or have any protective material removed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns require a valid RMA number issued by our service team.
- Canceled orders prior to shipment may be refunded in full; once in manufacturing, cancellation fees may apply.
- Custom items are not returnable and are final sale.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was shipped in error by Cruz Industrial Truck Inc.

Returns and Refunds:

Once received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Credit card changes after purchase may prevent refund; in those cases, store credit will be issued. Refunds by check are not offered.

Store Credit:
Returns received after 180 days from the purchase date may be issued store credit at the discretion of Cruz Industrial Truck Inc. Store credit is valid for 36 months from issue and may be reset if unused.

Restocking Fees:
We do not charge restocking fees for everyday orders. Certain custom-built, oversized, or freight items returned without authorization may be subject to fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:
Do not start a return if your item was received damaged or defective. Instead, contact customer service at Support@cruztruckpartsinc.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Please keep the product and packaging intact and provide photos for documentation. Warranty items must be returned according to warranty claim instructions.

Warranty Returns:
If your item fails due to manufacturer defects, please contact our customer service team for instructions to obtain a warranty replacement or return.
